Political strategy is to make statement lacking in documentation to audience. Audiences pay more attention to what they see and hear than what they read. Therefore, they take such undocumented verbal rhetoric which creates for them a mission, a myth and motivates them to spread the undocumented information to their other friends and families. This political approach bypasses the "elites' and those in the press loving to pontificate daily on such programs that most viewers unfamiliar with facts like-to-hate! Press peoples’ reporting of undocumented republican rhetoric implements a narrative that empowers them to believe such rhetoric.
In this context "myth" means the grand narrative that empowers us to believe that we can accomplish what we must accomplish. It speaks to the deepest motivations of human consciousness and inspires the desire for honor and for a life’s work which transcends death. This is all the 5th grade level viewers need; i.e., information such as REPUBLICANS GET OVER $400 BILLION BUDGET SURPLUS FROM DEMOCRATS AND in 13 MONTHS LOST $12 TRILLION DOLLAR OF WEATH IN AMERICA'S STOCK AND REAL ESTATE MARKETS; in addition, AMERICAN’S SAVINGS LOST $1.1 TRILLION DOLLARS!

Romney deliberately is using "myth" to inspire those 5th grade level viewers among us who will adopt a mission and become motivated to carry it out---like vote for Mitt!. Don't you see? Hearing the press moguls and reporters whose presentation is loud, boisterous and arrogant (which means lot's of 5th grade level folks take as pure truth) motivates those 5th grade level viewers back such dispensers of obfuscation with funding from 7 or 8 billionaires with script writers such as obfuscations such as Karl Rove, G.W. Bush, Dick Cheney, Grover Norquist! Feeding obfuscation is how republicans got in starting in 1994 with Newt Gingrich's election. How good was that election?

Bush who took democrat Clinton's $400 + billion surplus and in 13 months lost $12 TRILLION DOLLARS OF WEALTH in America's stock and real estate markets and $30 TRILLION DOLLARS OF WEALTH in global stock markets!
